It wasn’t so long ago that a “working woman” was not taken seriously in the business world. Back then she had to take some boring mediocre jobs such as switchboard operations, dressmaking and cosmetics consultations.
Times have changed. Now women are pursuing careers in every direction, from interior designing to bookkeeping, computer programming, to biotechnology and aeronautics.
What hasn’t changed is the fact that women are still torn emotionally and financially when it comes to making decisions whether or not to stay home as a mother for her children or whether she should pursue her career. With the employment market booming with telecommuting (work at home) jobs parents can now earn a very good income and at the same time be available for their family and children. More
